Gelateria Cibaeña is more than a gelato brand. It’s my love letter to the Dominican Republic. It’s a tribute to the island that made me who I am, the flavors that shaped my childhood, and the culture that continues to inspire everything I create.
Some of my sweetest memories live in the kitchens and patios of my family, the scent of cinnamon simmering in majarete, the tang of fresh chinola on a hot afternoon, the creamy comfort of morir soñando shared around a crowded table.
These weren’t just desserts. They were pieces of home, woven into every celebration, gathering, and story told over food.
When I set out to create Gelateria Cibaeña, I knew I wanted to honor those flavors and share them in a new way. By blending the artisanal techniques of Italian gelato with the soul and sabor of the Dominican Republic, each small-batch flavor becomes a celebration of our culture — vibrant, layered, and full of heart.
Every scoop is a journey back to the island. A reminder of where we come from. It is a bridge between generations and traditions. And most of all, it’s an invitation to taste, to remember, and to celebrate the beauty of Dominican flavors that deserve to be shared with the world.
